James Neiss/staff photographer Niagara Falls, Ontario - The Bridal Veil area of Niagara Falls was slowed to a trickle due to ice buildup in the upper Niagara River. The iced up areas of Niagara Falls and Niagara Falls State Park made for a spectacular view from Niagara Falls Ontario. A Polar Vortex brought sub zero temperatures to the area this week.
