Toxic waste - Greenpeace Protest
Laurie Roberts a Greenpeace member from Chicago Hoist a sign on the Prospect Point observation tower above the American Falls. They were protesting the discharge of Toxic chemicals into the Niagara River from the Niagara Falls Wastewater Treatment Plant.
