Niagara Falls, NY - Edward Trujillo, 11 of Brownsville, Texas, hit the jackpot with 1000 tickets spewing from the Tippin Bloks game at the Great American Arcade inside the Holiday Inn. Local and state officials joined the owners of the Holiday Inn Hotel, Great American Arcade and Tony Roma's restaurant in downtown Niagara Falls for an official "Rib"cutting, celebrating the completion of a $3.8 million expansion.
