Niagara Falls, NY - Local and state officials joined the owners of the Holiday Inn Hotel, Great American Arcade and Tony Roma's restaurant in downtown Niagara Falls for an official "Rib"cutting, celebrating the completion of a $3.8 million expansion. Participating from left are, Christopher J. Schoepflin, President of USA Niagara Development Corporation, Mayor Paul Dyster, Connie Liolios, owner of Tony Roma's, Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul, Faisal Merani, Developer/Owner of Holiday Inn Hotel, Senator Robert Ortt and Assemblyman John Ceretto were on hand for the Rib Cutting.
