Niagara Falls native Zak Ward kiscked off festivities at the Third Street Block Party Sunday afternoon. The block party, which is free to the public, included, entertainment, food and games. The party is sponsored by Third Street businesses including Wine on Third, Third Street Tap Room, Zaika Indian Cuisine, Pizza Bistro, and the newly opened 24 Below Art Gallery and Café.
