Niagara Falls, NY -Niagara Falls Traffic Division Officer Jim Van Egmond gives a friendly warning to a parent waiting in a no parking zone at the Maple Avenue School. Van Egmond explained that when parents park on both sides of the street the road is narrowed into one passable lane, a hazard to children crossing the street.
