Six incoming Niagara County Community College freshman were awarded Distinguished Scholarships by the NCCC Foundation on Saturday. The scholarship provides two years of tuition-free education at NCCC. This year's winners are from left, front row: Andrew Teixeira, Natalie Hilts, and Emily Siemucha.
