The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services sponsored a two day Cease Fire University technical assistance training at Niagara University for approximately 40 law enforcement professionals from agencies in Niagara, Erie and Chautauqua counties that participate in the state's Gun Involved Violence Elimination (GIVE) initiative.
