Members of several Western New York law enforcement agenies ran up Niagara Street toward the Rainbow Bridge Wednesday morning in support of the Special Olympics. With the 2015 Special Olympics State Summer Games coming to an end in Brockport this past weekend, the Law Enforcement Torch Run passed the Flame of Hope to their Canadian partners as they take the torch into their summer games.
