Niagara Falls, NY - Susan Wiles of Grand Island, who was shopping for her 2 dogs and cat, was greeted by, from left, Rudy Saenz, operations manager at Blackwinds Pet Supply on Military Road, David Bower, Niagara Falls Police Animal Control Unit and Taylor Hake, Niagara University Niagara County Project Coordinator and Border Community Service, who were all on hand to give out information on what pet owners can do for their pets should an emergency arise.
