Niagara Falls, NY - Caricature Artist Paul Seeley turns Hollie Farrow of the Town of Niagara into a work of art. Venture Forthe, a personalized Home Care company, held their annual client summer picnic. They anticipated they would have 250-300 clients in attendance. The event featured cars from an antique car club, live music by the local band Mombrea Brothers, a face painter, lawn games, food and more. A spokesperson said, "It should be a great day to bring together people with disabilities and celebrate their ability to remain independent and in the community."
