Niagara Falls, NY - As if on cue, a flock of birds flew in formation over the Niagara Falls Veterans Memorial during the raising of the American and Navy Flag in recognition of the Navy's birthday. Members of the Niagara Falls Veterans Memorial Commission hosted a gathering to recognize the 240th birthday of the U.S. Navy.
