Participants are welcome to bring any donation of nonperishable food items, hats, scarves, mittens, gloves and/or toiletries. This event first introduced by City Administrator Donna Owens in 2008, is a collaboration of the city, community and business association organizers that decorate their neighborhood sites and invite residents to meet them at the trolley stops. Donations gathered at the trolley stops will be distributed to area organizations serving needy families in Niagara Falls.
