Flanked by his daughter, Adriana Torcasio a student at 79th Street Elementary School, Senior Airmen 3rd Class Frank Torcasio stationed at the Niagara Falls Airbase 107th Tactical Airwing, presents the school principal Diane Coty with an officially certified, documented American flag that was flown over the battle fields of Afghanistan by a drone. Sr. Airman Torcasio was deployed to Afghanistan three times. The flag will make it’s new home at the school.Photo by: Dan Cappellazzo
