Niagara Falls, NY - It was party time for some of the 94th Street originals, as they called themselves, at the 5th Annual 94th Street Block Party on Saturday. There was probably a lot of back-in-the-day, walking-two-ways-uphill-in-a-snowstorm talk going on at that table.
