Niagara Falls National Heritage Area President Tom Chambers discusses the Junior Ranger Program at a press conference Monday morning. The Junior Ranger program is an opportunity for youth to interact with the tremendous historical and cultural aspects of Western New York. Chambers is the ‎associate vice president for academic affairs at Niagara University.
