Wheatfield, NY - Twelve year old Vincent Bonelli, versed on Guitar, Vocals and Piano, rocked the dog pound at Heart of Niagara Animal Rescue's second annual summer picnic. The event was held for both humans and their four-legged family members at Oppenheim Park with games, food and a basket auction with proceeds to benefit the animal shelter.
