Niagara Falls, NY - It was opening night for owner Andrea Megan, right, and her partner Tina Galyn who both worked hard to open the 24 Below Gallery & Cafe at it's new Third Street location. The Gallery features local artists work and the cafe features locally sourced foods including smoothies, coffee beverages, sandwiches and other light fare.
