Niagara Falls - Flanked by fellow Special Olympian Carl Miller of Lockport, and David Page, commanding officer of the New York State Park Police Nick Zmuda, of Buffalo holds the Special Olympics Torch at Terrapin Point to begin the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics. The run ended at Niagara University.
