Niagara Falls, NY - Local landlords Craig Avery and his partner John Giusiana decorated their apartment buildings with flags to help make young people participating in the J-1 Visa Exchange Visitor Program to feel welcome. The program participants came to Niagara Falls to work in the tourism industry for the summer.
