Town of Niagara, NY - The morning on-and-off rain didn't keep little Brayden Wilson, 4, from reaching takeoff speeds as he and his grandfather John Wilson of Sanborn, participate in the 17th Annual Kidz 'n' Kites 2014 at the Town of Niagara Veterans Memorial Park. Niagara County Department of Social Services, the Youth Bureau, PAL, DARE, and the county sponsored the event with the first thousand kids getting free kites, lunch and a T-shirt.
