Tech. Sgt. William Sager, Jr.'s fianceé Erika Webster speaks to a gathering of friends and family Friday morning at the Buffalo and Erie County Naval and Military Park Friday morning. Sager Sgt. Sager was critically injured during an incident at a Buffalo Bar on May 10th. Sager is a National Guard member assigned to the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station.
