Niagara Falls, NY - Traffic is detoured down 63rd Street from Buffalo Avenue that is blocked due to the reconstruction two I-190 bridges. Area residents are complaining that bad detour planning around the construction is causing motorists confusion and unnecessary traffic in their neighborhoods.
