James Neiss/staff photographerNiagara Falls, NY - Crews repair the 4 main pumps at the Niagara Falls Wastewater Treatment Plant after they were shut down before being contaminated by rising storm waters last Friday night. Pump components had to be removed and sent out for inspection and repair.
