James Neiss/staff photographerNiagara Falls, NY - Noah Bahadur, 5, center, is all smiles as he and classmates open gifts made possible through Lauren Fonte, an Early Childhood Education Major at SUNY Geneseo, who is serving an internship in Debrah Johnson's grade two classroom at Cataract Elementary School. During Lauren's time at Cataract, she felt compelled to help some of the students in need. With her Church College Journey Group at Whitehaven Road Baptist Church, Lauren developed a plan to collect donations to give each grade two student at Cataract pajamas, slippers, a story book, toothbrush and a toy - in the spirit of giving.
