The holiday reciprocity is part of Niagara University’s annual “Standards for Santa Week,” an endeavor instituted under the notion that all of the program’s activities and decorations would be based on New York State Learning Standards. This year’s theme, “Helpful Healthy Hints for Santa,” required students studying in NU’s College of Business to produce a healthy holiday cookbook for children.
