DAN CAPPELLAZZO/STAFF PHOTOGRAPHERNiagara Falls - A staff member and area kids enjoy the makeover at Nor Loc Park . The park received new picnic tables, BBQ's and a sidewalk leading up to the pavilion for walkers and wheelchairs. The park is located at the base of the Lockport Road bridge.
