98/02/06 - Penney, Charles *Dennis Stierer photo - A group of graduate students from Buffalo State College had the recent pleasure of hearing Charles Rand Penney talk to them about the restoration and storage of art works of all kinds. The students are working towards a degree in Art Conservation, which Buffalo State teaches and is only one of very, very few that do. The man standing with the tie on is one of the Associate Professors, James Hamm.
