98/07/31 Boat Accident - James Neiss Photo - This unhappy boat owner, a NF undercover cop who asked not to be identified, calls in his boat accident just after it happed on the LaSalle Expressway. He said the cause of the accident was the two bumps and dip in the expressway that has plagued moterists for years. He said he was driveng apx 50 mph when he hit the bumps and everything let loose. He said thank god there was no injuries, but the boat sufferd some bad damage.
