98/02/23 Upson Elementary 2 - James Neiss Photo - First Official Use of new Lunch room / auditorium at the Charles Upson Elementary School. Jim McCarthy, a musician that plays Songs for Kids, sang about the bennifits of reading. The show was put on by Parents as Reading Partners. The school has added new facilities and is revamping other areas of the school.
