98/08/17 Bruce Engle - James Neiss Photo - Grand Island resident Bruce R. Engle is lead to an arraignment by Erie County Sheriff Deputy Larry Laduca in Grand Island, on charges that he grabbed a 12yr old and dragged him, hurting his feet and neck. He said that the child stole a video game player which, infact, was not missing.
