4/2/96--M&Q Dorothy Bailey, LaSalle, 297-2467--Everybody is very angry. This has been a place for everybody for a long time. Rasing a (Rainbow) Bridge's fee would cost smaller fee to compensate the more money. They are penalizing people who enjoy here for years.
