97/12/05 Tree Celebration - James Neiss Photo - L-R - Tara Williamson and Carla Averhart, both of NF, were on their lunch break and stopped at to look at the Girl Scouts 85th Anniversary tree Celebration at the Rainbow Factory Outlet Mall. The trees were decorated by area scout troops and will be donated to the needy.
