Newfane, NY - Tracy Murphy, owner of an animal sanctuary, is being represented by Waynw Hsiung, an attorney and animal rights activist. He appeared at Newfane Town Court on Tuesday and to ask for the gag order on his client be lifted. Murphy is being charged with larceny after taking in two cows from a neighboring ranch.
