221018 Slave Case Exhibit 2
Lockport, NY - Niagara County Legislature Chairman Becky Wydysh, New York State Supreme Court Judge Frank Caruso and Bob Richardson, President of the Niagara County Bar Association, hosted a reception for the opening of a panel exhibit, The Lemmon Case: 1852-1860, A Prelude to the Civil War, in the rotunda of the Niagara County Courthouse in Lockport. The exhibit will be on display to the public through October 28.
