Newfane, NY - Brooke Filer, 8, was spotted outside the Newfane Middle School getting her picture taken by her grandmother Priscilla Ritchie with her Mini Mouse prize for participating in the Newfane Library summer reading program. Brooke said she read over 30 books this summer.
