Niagara Falls, NY - Joe Zarillo, owner of The Starry Night Cafe, inside the Niagara Arts & Cultural Center, NACC Board President Mary Ricciardi and Mookie the dog want everyone to know about the upcoming brunch this Sunday October 23rd, from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. before the final performance of the opera La Boheme. The opera opens on Friday, with the second show on Sunday.
