Niagara Falls, NY - John Koury with the Niagara Falls Water Board outside maintenance department gives a hydrant on Lewiston Road a fresh coat of paint. Koury said he tries to get to 6-10 hydrants during his duties each day in the ongoing effort to keep the city's 3000 hydrants maintained.
