Niagara Falls, NY - Niagara Falls Veterans Memorial Committee Chairman David Fabrizio, left, and other members created a designated parking spot for Purple Heart recipients next to the monument at Hyde Park and dedicated it to Niagara Falls native Duane L. Frost, USMC, who earned three purple hearts and the Navy Comodants Medal with a V for victory. Duane Frosts' son Robert Frost, right, represented the family during the unveiling at Hyde Park.
