Niagara Falls, NY - Niagara Falls Schools Facility Director Earl Smeal and Medical Director Jo Silvaroli, DNP, FNP, get COVID-19 test kits ready to hand out. The school district distributed to the public between 2500-3000 Covid-19 test kits provided by the Niagara County Department of Health and Orleans Niagara BOCES on Wednesday.
