The members of Lockport Police Department volunteered to run, jump and perform push-ups and sit-ups, Friday, in Outwater Park to show what they're made of before returning to duties. There is no physical requirement for Lockport police once they've been hired. Lt. Marshall Belling, who is running the event, said it's a great way to showcase those officers who've maintained their physique and a motivator for those who've fallen behind.
