Lockport, NY - Jay Symes, Quarter Master with VFW Post 2535, hands out American flags to volunteers Averiella Burch, 7, and her mom Grace to place on Veterans graves at the Glenwood Cemetery in Lockport in time for Veterans Day. Symes, said he and his family have been volunteering for this honor the past 15 years.
