Niagara Falls, NY - Ally Sponger, Director of Public Arts for the National Heritage Area, Saladin Allah, Public Art Coordinator and volunteers Colin Ligammari and Jamie Gallant were busy painting murals on Main Street building facades. Sponger said they had permission to paint 3 buildings so far, but hope to get other owners on board with their project.
