Niagara Falls, NY - Artist Justin Suarez of Rochester has been working on a new mural on Depot Avenue, part of the Niagara Falls National Heritage Area mural project next to the Niagara Falls Train Station. Suarez, said he really enjoys young people of color seeing themselves rendered in art.
