On Tuesday morning, Jon and Ellen Nelson were having breakfast in their Woodlands home when the park maintenance truck stopped in front of their house to put a sign in their yard. The sign read "Thank You Veterans' ' imprinted on an American flag with the Woodlands logo at the bottom.
