Niagara Falls, NY - Rachel Brundidge of Niagara Falls, right, buys fresh produce from Sheri Senek of Senek Farms. Brundidge uses her EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) card to participate in SNAP( the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) that allows her to use her EBT card to pay for tokens used to purchase fresh fruit at the City Market. The program helps low-income people and families buy the food they need for good health and also benefits local food producers.
