Lockport, NY - Watercraft Inspection Steward Tyler Harrington shows off some of the invasive species of plants and animals he's keeping an eye out for at the Nelson C. Goehle Public Marina along the Erie Canal in Lockport. The Boat Stewards perform voluntary boat inspection to remove visible aquatic plants and animals from all types of watercraft. The station is staffed all summer by WNY Prism, a program funded through contracts with the NYS DEC.
