Lockport, NY - Miranda Wolter from Royalton Hartland High School, second from left, received a $1000 scholarship from the Kenan Arts Council, presented during their annual scholarship luncheon at the Lockport Country Club. Presenting the award from the Kenan Arts Council are, from left are, Nancy Teubner, Joan Winter and Gail Montedoro. Miranda will be attending Belmont University in Nashville, TN this Fall and plans to major in Musical education.
