210223 Sidewalk Snow Enterprise

Niagara Falls, NY - Cars swing wide as Charlene Hill and Gina Jackson, both residents of Wroble Towers, take to the street unable to use snow covered sidewalks along Main Street. Hill said the corner grocer on Main street is very considerate and shovels a path for my scooter, but then a city plow comes along and blocks my access.
