Cambria, NY - Charlotte Patterson, her berther Tyler Booth, right, and other family members are refurbishing the old Forsyth-Warren Tavern at 5182 Ridge Road. The Forsyth-Warren Tavern was established in 1805 as a center of what-is-now the Town of Cambria. Today, new owner, Tyler Booth, is trying with his family to turn the building into a living museum complete with period food and drink, as well as, with an educational mission to help unravel the history of the early Niagara frontier.
